Advocate Legal Alliance PC (Advocate Legal) is a California law firm advocating for the rights, dignity, and quality of life and care for families, seniors, and people in need.

 
Penelope “Penny” Glover, Esq. is the founder of Advocate Legal. She received her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Colorado School of Law and was admitted to practice law in California in 2001. Penny attended the University of California, San Diego, and graduated from Texas Tech University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996. As an attorney, Penny has practiced Education Law and General Civil Litigation. Throughout her life, Penny has advocated for various people and volunteered for a number of organizations. Most recently, she served as a Certified Volunteer Advocate for the Long-Term Care Ombudsmen (LTCO) for the State of New Jersey.

 
Penny’s Christian faith is an important part of her life and work, and she is daily motivated and challenged by the biblical command “to do justice, . . . to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God.” Penny’s prayer is that, through the mission and services of Advocate Legal, justice and peace will flower and extend to many.
